DoubleCHEK™ featured at the British Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition’s (BAPEN) Annual Conference

The results of Hull University Teaching Hospitals evaluation of DoubleCHEK™ were featured at the British Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition’s (BAPEN) Annual Conference that took place 28^th and 29^th November 2023 in Newcastle.  The hospital found that by incorporating DoubleCHEK™ into their nasogastric tube insertion protocol, three key metrics improved dramtically; 1) average time to initiate feeding decreased by 65%, 2) airway misplacements were avoided, and 3) x-ray use decreased.
